A brand new HTP RSG-250-MIL10 spool gun set up to plug right in to a. Millermatic 252, 251, and 250X Mig welders. This gun has the 10 pin plug for the control connection, lug for the power connection, and 5/8-18 male gas connection so it is a direct connect for the above welders. The wire feed rate is adjustable from 50 to 650 inches/minute.
It will feed Aluminum, Steel, Stainless Steel and Flux Cored wires. And the RSG-250 is made in the USA.
The wire feed rate is easily adjusted without going back to the welder, since we put the wire feed adjustment right in the bottom of the handle. We use a special notched tip for welding aluminum - the tip transfers the welding current to the wire better since there is a slight bend in the notch, forcing the wire to contact the tip. The notch also makes it much easier to remove a burnback if the wire burns back to the tip. 1 Plug the 10 pin plug supplied with your RGS-250 into the 10 pin recepticle on the front of your welder.
2 Connect the gas hose to your regulator. 3 Connect the power cable to correct lug on your welder, and you are ready to weld.
